On a recent visit to see my parents in New Orleans, my mom’s capped tooth fell out late on a Saturday night. We called Dr. Schwarz after 8pm, not expecting much more than advice—but to our amazement, he offered to personally pick us up, take us to his office on Old Metairie Road, and fix her tooth that very night. He did it all willingly, with kindness and a big smile!
